I sent him a paypal on 7/20 for some headlights. On 7/23 I asked him if he shipped yet and about a tracking number and he replied back saying they will be shipped express first thing that morning. On 7/25 I asked again if he shipped and about a tracking number, no reply. So I messaged today again 7/28 and still no answer. Has anyone ever dealt with him or know him?

Yea I paid through paypal and I emailed him and everything, I ended up claiming a dispute this morning.

Well I'm giving him benefit of the doubt but at the same time I don't want to lose my money so I will leave the paypal claim open until he decides to reply.
