Your e-mail was incorrect (we couldn't send you an e-mail, kept giving host error). And then you send an e-mail saying we're *******s, even though we have your tracking number sitting here?
That makes no sense? I even posted an update a week ago that we were waiting for our last batch to come in, since so many people bought the euro clears. And so I don't understand what the problem is?

all you had to do is reply to one of my four e-mails. Not sure how you have the wrong e-mail address if everything was done through paypal and I recieved my reciept from them correctly.

Owned nothing. We didn't get your e-mail..And its not like I'm not on here every day.
We have a total of SEVEN different ways of getting a hold of us here
Three phone numbers
Three e-mails
Fax number
So then, a phone call would have solved that. I am sorry we didn't get your e-mails, but fraud? I am on here advertising/selling every day. Had I seen it, I myself, or Kevin or John or Rob would have answered your e-mail. But we saw no e-mails until you said
FRAUD!!!!!
So again....
?

DUDE. stop the freakin music..

EVERYONE needs to know that Alex here at Southwestautoworks would NEVER EVER rip ANYONE off. why? because its not in his nature. I know alex, and i have purchased through his company several times.

the guy gives the .org and maximadriver.com GREAT prices on springs and other goodies.. if you failed to get an email from him then obviously you're the idiot that typed in the wrong email address or something..

you have to know that when people get on this board and participate just like Alex and Shadow and other .org members with businesses, they're here to HELP US. not to rip us off.

I for one, editor of MaximaDriver.com believe in SouthwestAutoWorks and ALEX.. so if you have a problem with him, you have a problem with me. cut the BS and go home.

Oh, sorry Vyrus I feel bad.
Thanks Cheston....Again, we have been here for over two and a half years, and have never EVER had a rip off complaint? We have thousands of satisfied customers, so again, I don't see why you got ****ed and blew up calling me an ******* in your email when that was the first one we got?

My opinion of the SWA team is that they are a great group of guys. I have always had my question's answered in a timely mannor and have yet to have any problems ordering parts from them.

No problem. And 2.5 years is almost as long as the .Org has existed, so you guys can say you've been here from the start. Not to mention you all created the air-bag suspension for the Maxima and battery tie-downs. Honestly I cannot say I have ever seen a complaint about you guys except for this guy (which doesn't change my mind about your reputation one bit). Do you all still have a sale on battery tie-downs? How much do they run shipped? I am going to buy one right now. Okay maybe after I easy dinner.

If I could speak on the behalf of all the members of altimas.net I think that we would all agree that southwest auto works is not only a legit business, but take the extra step to ensure their customers are satisfied. I highly recomend them.

quite honestly i registered here for this thread, but i know alex personally and have dealt with him many, many times. He is a stand-up guy, and hundreds of people country wide swear by him. Just ask anyone on altimas.net how they feel about dealing with alex.

I don't know why you are calling fraud. Sometimes it may be just the shipping system that is delaying the process. But Alex is a max of his word. I've bought multiple tings from him and came to him for advice on parts. Alex and Southwest Autoworks is one of the very few online parts shops that I would ever EVER deal with.

Wow. This is blasphemy, plain and simple. I think Ive only bought two things from Alex, and on one item, it was delayed because a shipment was backordered from the vendor. But he was SURE to call me/email me and let me know the status of it as often as possible. Aside from that, almost every time he signs onto AIM, Im bugging him asking him questions, and he is always quick with the answers.

I cant imagine running the business he does. I have NEVER heard a legitimate bad complaint about these guys.

And Alex, thanks for answering all my questions when I bug the ever-living **** out of you. It has been very appreciated.

so yea i don't even drive a max, i chill over at altimas.net. i've never personally dealt with southwest auto works, but they have by far the best reputation of ANY dealer on altimas.net, and if i ever needed ANYTHING that they sold, i would go to SWA first. so tell this guy to stfu cuz he obviously didn't try to get a hold of Alex or he would have.[peace]

oh yea if somebody wants to delete my membership go for it cuz i only registered to post in this thread. [peace, again]

i've been a lurking member of maxima.org for a while, though i never post in here... i'm from altimas.net (yeah, i'm one of THEM ). at any rate, i've dealt with alex on a number of occasions - first my header, then my springs, and lastly my MOST EXCELLENT cross-drilled/slotted rotors, and i'd have to say he is one of the most professional people i've ever dealt with. i'm just here backing him up because i don't believe he deserves to be called a "bad deal."

I've bought a few items from Southwest Autoworks. Shipping has always been on time and they've always been great to communicate with. I've always recommended them to people looking for aftermarket parts.

aight, i'm another one of the www.altimas.net members here to defend SWA!!! i have not personnally bought anything from these guys, but i have sent a few e-mails asking questions about pricing and shipping on different things. i have always received an e-mail reply in less than 24 hours! these guys are not fraudulent! if anyone thought this was the case, then i'm sure that there would be no where near this # of posts in this thread that support alex!to any who disagree, STFU! (or this may happen: )

**** happens. I got my Greddy in less than a week cross country for a far cheaper price than the website offered. SWA is a reputable business and I will continue to give them my business.

I personally have bought a few things from that company. He has some of the best prices and he owns a extremely respectable company. Alex has always taken the time out to answer every question to every person that asks him. If Alex says that he couldn't E-mail you because of a E-mail server error.... I whole heartedly believe him.

He is a good man and runs a good company. Don't flame, until you get the whole truth.

I thank you all for coming over this way. As hard as we work to keep everyone happy, I just wanted to make sure that some of our friends at maxima.org knew how things really were. Our customers are hands down, THE BEST customers in the world. And we hope we are the best to provide the parts you all need..

If you need our help, we're a phone call/e-mail away
Thanks again all

I can vouch for Alex that he is not a fraud. I ordered from him in the past and had no problems. I don't know the wh0ole story, but from what it seems...there was just a miscommunication that was blown way out of perportion.
