NOT GRIPING, just need to talk to you guys!

I have called both places-
Greg, your phone is always busy. I know that you DID call me back, but it has been 2 days (I think) and still no return call from my call-back. I have emailed you as well, and left messages to this effect. The lady who takes orders does not know what to order for me; she says I have to talk to you. This has gone on for a week.

I have also emailed Steve at Frankencar. Someone from Frankencar posted in another thread (in For Sale) that you guys could sell me a MAF adapter, but gave me no methods to actually ORDER it. I tried email and phone, no response for email, no answer on the phone.

I have all of the parts for my intake setup EXCEPT for the MAF adapter and some couplers. I know that you both sell them, but I have been unable to contact either of you successfully. An email (pgh@nrtw.org OR phenryiv1@cs.com) or a phonecall 1-800-336-3600 9-5 EDT, except for 12:15-1:30 for lunch, would be appreciated! Ask for Patrick Henry

Moderators: As you can see, I have tried other methods of contact. Please give this a few hours before moving it.

Patrick I called you yesterday and left another message. Here is the dilemma I have, I am constantly on the phone helping customers and when I am on the phone it goes to voice mail if someone else calls, so when I get off the phone I have to call back all those people that left messages.....and the cycle continues. Unfortunately it is a battle I can never win, the only solution is hire more customer service reps which we have done and are training right now.

I will call you tommorow (Wednesday) and answer any questions you may have.

Like I said, not griping, just needed to contact you. When I call the order line i get through right away, which is a good thing. It is not like noone is there to answer the phone. I just have a "custom" request, so I needed to talk to you. Given the unique nature of my needs, I did not expect to have you drop everything just to take care of me. It is good to see that you are making changes to better serve your customers. Thank you for your replies here. I look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks. I will try to do that. I am leaving this thread up so that people know that he DID do his part to contact me. I don't want people to think that his service was lacking. Thanks, Greg!
