importpartsplus.com... A warning to everyone!

Has anyone tried to order parts from importpartsplus.com? Well I ordered a pair of Nokya Wire Harness Upgrade kit on August 26th and up to this time, I still have not received the item. Their website doesn't give enough details on order status and no phone numbers listed either! . Aggravating as it is, they also would not answer inquiries through their website (you get a ticket # for each inquiry). Anybody with similar experience? Anyone know of their phone number?

Thanks

always look for contact info and make sure its legit before you buy, that way you know you have some proof.

Yes I know, but this one seems legit though. Anyways, I got an email (Sept 14) that my item has been shipped. I checked with UPS to track but Track number seemed questionable as UPS website keeps telling me there's an error with the numbers. Oh well... we'll see what happens!

Update...

Correction on the Tracking # error, it was USPS tracking # that they supplied me and not UPS. Regardless, the tracking # they have provided me is non-existent according to USPS website. I emailed importpartsplus.com to inform them of the issue and threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (and other govt. agencies for that matter) if they do not resolve this issue. Guess what, a few minutes later I got an email stating that "apparently there were not enough postage on the package and it came back to them." Accordingly, they re-sent the package out this morning with the correct postage this time. HUH!!! I have never gotten any response for the numerous emails I sent, but with my email I finally got their attention. I was serious too with that BBB threat. See what happens.

update...

5 days shy of a month after I placed my order through their website
the product have finally arrived. But wait... it's not without struggle though. I have gone through numerous emails requesting order status without response, until the last email I sent where I
threatened to file a complaint with the BBB. That my friends... elicited a record setting response time of under 5 minutes! HUH!
Anyhow, you've been warned!!! Do not order anything from this company unless you are willing to wait forever like me!
