I had a prob with NTB in Bowie, MD.

I took my 98 GXE there to get a screw taken out of the tread and they broke a lug stud off. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me $65 to replace it. The manager (whom I was pricing a set of Dunlop Sport A2's with at the time) told me I crossthreaded the lug nut. Well, needless to say I disagreed with him.

When I finally got around to replacing it, I found the tech who broke the origonal stud crossthreaded the lug nut on the same wheel!!! I called their national customer service hotline and they took my info and put me on the phone with the manager He told me he remembered my ride and that I had told them to break the stud off and he would be nice enough to replace the one his tech broke off. Gee. How kind of him.

Well, needless to say he won't see my ride and he sure lost out on me buying his tires.

There...I vented I feel better.
