Bad NOPI experience, just the facts...

I placed an on-lne order from nopi.com for new Brembo front rotors for my 97 Maxima. The parts were $31.22 each and shipping was $15.84. I never got an email confirmation so after a week I called and they told me they don't send tracking numbers but my order was on its way. A day later I got two really poorly packed rotors: one Brembo which looked fine and one some other brand, which was pretty rusty to boot. And they charged me $21.12 for shipping plus a $3 fee, none of which are stated when I ordered. I called this morning and was on hold for 15 minutes while being bounced around various voice mails. I called back and got busy, busy, busy and finally after being on hold for another six minutes got a live body who transferred me to Ned. He said he would send a return label and refund my credit card as those must have been the last two rotors they had. I asked why the shipping was higher than stated and he said the $15.84 was just an estimate. He said the $3 was "part of the freight."

So there's the info, do what you can with it.
