These guys suck. My tape player in my Bose was busted, so I take it in and get it fixed. Three weeks later it breaks again. I take it back and get it fixed again under warranty. It's not working again before the day is out. So I take it back AGAIN. This time it's not working when they give it back to me, which means they returned it without testing it, or they tested it and gave it back to me broken anyway. FORTH visit back it's finally fixed. AVOID!
