Both in CA

Both dealership are really bad. Fairfield Nissan has done service for my mom's car and despite showing them about the whole TCU thing on her car, they still refused to replace it, we demoed what we thought it was. They also have really poor customer relations.

Chico is also bad. Their new/used car sales men will sell you anything and tell you anything to get you to buy a car from them, even if service hasn't been performed on the car that really needs to be done, like a rusted out muffler with a whole. Their parts department is just as bad really overcharging you for parts in general. I refuse to take my car their for service just because of what I was told about how poorly a car I got checked out was cleaned up. supposedly there was silicone all over the place trying to fix an oil leak, and it still leaked oil.

Anyone been to the new Vacaville Nissan (It just reopened likea month or two ago)? Just wondering if there are comments or thoughts.
