Lynnes Nissan in Stanhope (northern NJ) is not a good place to buy from also. When I was looking for a used car I went there to look at a 97 Max GXE this was in 1999 and the price was really good (Can't remember exactly). Anyway I asked about the car and they told me a lady with a couple kids just gave up the lease on the vehicle and she was the only owner. I took it out and it drove really nice, however I took the VIN and went to CARFAX, found out it was bought in NY as a rental then sold to a private owner then had a LEIN on the car, the dealership took it back, and auctioned it off to Lynnes.

On a side note when I was looking to get a 2002 SE-R and my 2003 Max they would not give me the time of day because I was a young guy looking around, didn't think I was serious. I went to another dealership and we got the two cars. I highly doubt I would ever go to Lynnes in the future.

I actually have a friend at Lynnes Infiniti (sales manager) maybe if you post the problem I can talk to him and see whats up. I know it wouldnt benefit you at this point, but for future potential buyers that havent read this it may help.
