Uftring automall in Peoria IL takes forever...

I was doing my suspension in June and I needed dustboots. I went to the dealer and ordered them. They said they would be there in 2 days and cost 60 bucks. I got back in 2 days... they have no Idea what i'm talking about. I order them again, and the guy quotes me a different price. I argue with him for a while and he says he'll give me the the price I was originally quoted. He says they'll be here in about 2-4 days and we'll call you. In the meantime, I found boots for cheaper and did the suspension. Remember this was in June. The dealership calls me today(sept 12th) and says that my bumpers are in for my Nissan Truck. I just said Ok and hung up. So if you're in Central IL, watch out for uftrings...you might not get what you need.

I used to live in Peoria about 4 and half years ago. I can see that happening. I have had similiar experiences.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered some floormats and some locking lugnuts. The guy told me that it would take 5-10 days to come in. I went back about a week and a half later and another guy told me that they were ordered in the ford parts system! He said that they would have sat out there for ever and nothing would have ever come in. I said that he would get them express shipped from Chicago and that they should be about two days . That was two weeks ago. When and if they come in I'll do the same as you did!

Score one more for Uftrings. I wonder if they ever make anyone happy?
