First time shopper at SouthWest AutoWorks

This was my first time purchasing anything from SouthWest AutoWorks and I decided on GenII Altezza lights and euro clear lights for my Maxima. I received my GenII Altezza lights with no problems but my euro clear lights arrived defective. (The right side blinker light would not fit into my bumper due to an excess of silicon on one of the corners causing it to buldge out.) My concerns were put at ease after contacting SWAW and speaking with Alex. He was very curtious and sent me a replacement a few days later. Just my luck, my replacement euro lights arrived the following week but were damaged. (The plastic clips where the blinker lights are screwed/held in place to bumper were broken off on both blinker lights.) I elected to just keep the replacement lights since the damage was repairable and decided to not request another replacement. However, I did contact SWAW and spoke with Steve to make them aware of the problem so that they may be able to prevent this type of damage from occurring to their other euro clear light shipments. Even with the problems experienced along the way, I must say that my overeall experience with SWAW was very pleasant and that I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Alex and Steve were both very curtious and professional and are both shining examples of excellent customer service. Shopping at SouthWest AutoWorks is highly recommended.

Thanks again

do you guys send invoice out with the product?
Just wondering becuase I just took the agx off that I brought from you guys and I'm selling them to the new owner and he wants to see an invoice/for warranty purposes.... I never got one

This time around I ordered tokico illuminas from another place and it was very well packaged they also mailed me an invoice.

When I ordered my agx 4(?) months ago the front dial was all beaten up, there was a hole in the box where the piston stuck out. one the front agx's dial had about 30% of the original sticker left... probably becuase the strut flew out of the box, the other ones were perfect.

On some orders, the invoice will come by snail mail and with the rest the invoice is in the package. If you never received yours there is a good chance it was due to our previous sales manager, hence previous sales manager. All of our customers receive a copy of the invoice with their order now.

No. Brian, our shipping manager, is what I should have typed (sorry for the typo). Brian did a pretty good job, but at times, he didn't so Alex decided to let him go for that reason. But yes, that's why he was a previous SHIPPING manager.
