online store question

my friend had purchased some parts at www.import-store.com and he still hasn't recieved it for 3 weeks... i was just wondering if this website was legit... and if anyone has purchased anything from this site...

have you contacted them?? If I don't get a confirmation code the next day or if the shipping time has passed, i'd definately email / call them. Find out!

Best bet would most likely be to give them a call and see if you can find out the status of your order.

my friend told me they don't have a phone number but they emailed him that they sent it out 2 weeks ago.... but he still hasn't recieved it...

did he get a tracking number? according to their website they should have hooked him up with one...did he ask for one? and from their FAQ:

seems like although they dont have a listed number, you should still be able to contact them via email or through their AIM to get help...
