Anybody ordered from nissan-accessories. com

They had advertized on this site free shipping and they had good prices. I ordered some stuff more than a week ago. Since that time I have not heard a word from them. No email, no tracking #, and no response from an email I sent to check on the satus of my order. Has anybody had good service from them?

I ordered my AE door sills, car cover, wheel locks and trunk net about a year ago from them. I received it in about a week and a half. Call them direct.

Well, I finally got around to calling them. They told me that my card had been declined. No reason on my end for that. I asked them to run the card again and they told me that I would have to place the order again. I don't think so! I wasted two weeks or more waiting for something that would have never arrived. They should have notified me as soon as it was declined for sure. I'll order from somewhere else.

No offense but I would say it's your fault. Just my 2 cents.

I bought my door sills from them. Packaging was somewhat satisfactory, but they're all in good condition.

Lets see, I sent them three emails. I got no response. My card CC is a debt card with a $8,000.00 balance. I had a kid on the phone that told me that he just did the packing and mailing and then he proceded to rattle off my CC #. I guess I am all *ucked up.

i have only had 1 experience with them when i ordered a cabin filter. got it pretty quick for a decent price. if my card had been declined for whatever reason, i would have wanted a call explaining it so it could be handled.

Well, I ended up ordering from JR Nissan. I placed my oder on sunday night. Monday morning I got an email confriming my order. Monday afternoon I got a tracking #. Thursday it arived via little brown truck. It don't get better than that.
