Colonial Nissan - Positive service experience :)

Hi folks. I just want to praise the good fellas at Colonial Nissan Feasterville, PA for taking care of my Max. Very friendly, quick and overall pleasant to deal with! They delivered her on time and gave me a no-cost rental (the extended warranty pays for some of this). The Firm Fabrications midpipe did not scare them away.

I just thought I would drop a line if anyone else wants to deal with a decent Nissan service department. I also saw Pillager (Rich) there. And he has some serious mods on his ride, so I guess they're cool.

Work performed: New Bearings, Spindle, Hub.

Good to hear they're seemingly mod-friendly. Exton Nissan has been pretty good to me, free rental/car wash if you ask. But, god only knows what they'll say when I take my '02 in for warped rotors next week. Around the area, Ardmore Nissan has got to have the WORST service, as does Williams.

Thanks for the info though, will have to check it out if I ever have a prob. w/Exton.

Ardmore's got the worst service? Good to know....that's where I purchased my car, but have not gone back there (or to any dealer for that matter) for anything in the few months I've owned it.....Exton's not too far from my work so maybe I'll take it there if I need stuff done....does the free rental only apply if you have miles left on your warranty or have an extended warranty?

I know the free rental applies with the extended warranty... not sure if the standard one covers it. Probably not on Nissans. Infiniti, however does give you a rental.

Ardmore = main line = they don't care if you don't service your car w/them. It just seemed to me as if they didn't care about problems I had. Extremely slow service too -- took them hr and 30mins just to do an oil change, that was the last straw.

Like I said, Exton has been good to me so far. Definately take your car there instead of a place like Ardmore. If they are fixing your vehicle, they'll give you a free rental as long as you tell them beforehand. They won't give a free rental just for diagnosis but they have a shuttle for that. I'm still under the standard 3yr/36Kmi. warranty.

My mom got her 94 Altima at Colonial Nissan Feasterville, PA. I need to get my Max fixed but im scared going to get screwed out of my money. I took my moms car there for an airbag recall and they seemed nice, but I dont think I can trust them. Was your work covered under warranty?
