they robb you... charge twice the labor... dont do the work right....
and they blame their F ups on the customers
i almost got in a fist fight with one of them

well that is your experience...so stuff happens....hopefully if you have a genuine issue expressed to teh right person they can make up for whatever you were disappointed with
