Procarparts.com can suck my ......

www.procarparts.com is the worst site in existance. i tried ordering some gauges from them with two business credit cards that have a po box as there billing address(keep in mind i have ordered from them before)....both times they said transaction failed....so i called them up and they told me they can't process it because they can't verify the po box....so i tried another credit card with my home address as my billing info...and it still gave me transaction failed...i checked everything a million times and it kept doing that....so all i have to say
F U C K !!!!!!!!!!! PROCARPARTS.COM....and i hope they see this too...they are in the business of selling parts...i have money, they have the parts...i give them money, they give me parts....they don't take my money, they can suck my transaction failed C O C K!!!!!!!!!!!

In the automotive business its' always best to have the same billing and shipping address. It helps to cover our side and the owner of the credit cards side. Hopefully you get things worked out with ProCarParts...

After many months of calling, emailing and reporting them to BBB, they finally sent me a return shipping label for a bumper. It's been a month since they received the bumper yet they still didn't credit my refund. I'm about to take them to Judge Judy or something.

thats a drag!

Hate to hear people having those problems. Chances are ProcarParts uses an authorization system that links up to financial institutions (your bank). This has been an issue for all companies involved (PCP, banks, authorization systems) due to potential fraud cases. Companies never want to distrust people but have to mantain a certain level of security for the sake of the their customers, unknowing cardholders who may be ripped off, and for the sake of their business (usually the business that eats the loss when fraud happens...not the cc company).
My best advice is if you have problems, try to get them on the phone to place that order. They may be able to manually verify that information via phone with your bank.
Best o luck!

place what order?

As of now, I'm thinking about flying to Cali, take them to court and have them pay me refund, my plane tickets, and my time.

My response was directed to Jade95Maxima actually. Just wanted to post some general points of view from the business side so you are aware how the authorization of your CC works.
Phone is, again, always the best way to resolve issues. Many times, businesses will have email filters enabled and don't receive every single email.
