Woodfield Nissan in Hoffman Estates rocks a s s !!!

OK, so I go in for AT flush, 4 wheel alignment. I go in at 720 am, and right after I get done explaining what I want done, they call a porter, and away I go, dropped off at work in Elk Grove Village with time to spare.

I went in with three tsb's (all printed out), the one for the transverse links on 02 Maxima, the one for cam/crank position sensor, and the one for the cloudy/fogged lens aka moisture on inside of HID's. Before I can even start arguing over what's coming to me, the lady (Kristi in Service) pops my VIN in, and lo and behold, I'm elegible for all three TSB's, free of charge is music to my ears!

I call her back to tell her I drive w/o engine cover on, so the tech isn't wondering where it's at.
I call her a second time to do a radiator flush as well, since they have it in. Also inform her sometimes my 1-2 shift is too hard. Shifts at full boost even if I'm going at 30%...
I call her a third time to tell her my brakes are pulsing and I suspect are warped. I get prepared to be reamed on new pads and/or rotors. She says she will look into it.

Come back from lunch at 1pm, and she calls. Mr Fernando, you're car is ready to pick up (she rawks!). 4-wheel alignment, ATF flush, Radiator flush rang up to $209.50. Additionally, received tsb service for the cam/crank sensor, transverse links in suspension, fogged up headlights, AND had front rotors resurfaced, pads are good for another 10K.

They checked my oil, and she suggested I change my oil in 2K mile increments for the next two oil change cycles. She explaines the previous owner (my car was a rental/fleet car in NY) was lazy about oil and gen maintenance, and it would take two early oil changes to remedy and make car run optimally.

All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealer. I was totally ready to have to shell out $$ for rotors/pads, or even a resurfacing/pads. They took care of it, were totally aware of all applicable TSB's, they really know the score! It was a pleasure, and I will continue to do business w/them, and suggest anybody here on the Org to go there for any covered warranty and gen maintenance, as the prices aren't bad at all - $60 for 4wheel align, $100 trans flush $35 radiator.

With their nice service and going up and beyond my expectations, they earned themselves a repeat customer.

so your brakes don't pulse anymore after you had your rotors resurfaced?

Oh man, what a difference. Whereas before I had a floaty feeling when stopping, and the brakes would chatter/pulse, now it's a solid feeling when it brings the car to a halt. Between the resurfaced rotors and fairly new Sumi HTR+'s, I would say my braking is vastly superior to where it was 4 months ago...

Only reason I tried Woodfield Nissan service is 1) heard they are best rated service in IL 2) close to work.
