Who else has a MobileTek Valve Body?

Just curious, because I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten it yet, let alone email replies.

Yeah I just saw that in the dealer vendor etc. The number is 361-225-2975.

Even if it was on a debit card, can I still get my money back?

From an email:

Good timing. I was shutting it all down for the weekend. Be sure we have
your shipping address (to get a UPS package) and the date you plan to do the
install. If it will be this coming weekend, let us know so we can get it to
you in time.

I will send the VB along with some helpful hints on installation along in
the box. Please remember you will need to ship your old VB back to us after
installation as we use these to keep the core process running for other
customers.

Let me know if you have any further questions, and let us know your complete
shipping address.

Now what got me here, when you use PayPal, it already has the shipping information.

I'm going to call them tomorrow, and if that doesn't work, I'm going to contact PayPal.

They said that they had a VB ready to go, and I was like, "Oh sweet!" and now I get this. God ****ing dammit.

well that really sucks. hopefully its just a misunderstanding because i had a really positive experience with them. and if it was a visa debit card, then you most likely have online protection so it shouldnt be a problem getting your money back. i ordered something from a shady online site a while back with my visa check card and never got it. called my bank and they gave me my money back, no problems at all.

So if this doesn't pass through, I can just call my bank and get my money back?

call your bank and get it back now. This happens all the time. I had this happen with JWitney. I got my money back, no questions asked.

I would suggest reading the vendor/sellers forums. Hopefully you will be able to recover your dollars.

Phew. I just got an email from PayPal saying that Don Cooper is refunding my money. I finally got an email from MobileTek saying that UPS screwed up and it was lost in the system.

DON COOPER IS A THIEF!!! MOBILETEK IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Everybody, please read the vendor experiences in this forum before you think about dealing with this guy. He has stolen SO many people's money! I had the worst experience of my entire life with this guy! Stay FAR FAR away from him!

Instead, call up www.maximumtuning.net and they will hook you up right! AWESOME customer service and quality products!
