Bad dealings with them...Seem like nice people,but service is awful. Bought a CF Hood from them off Ebay.Took a few weeks for them to respond.Sent me a 240sx hood instead of a maxima hood.Wouldnt return calls for a little while.Finally got in touch with them and they told me to wait for someone else to complain about their 240sx hood being a maxima hood.Waited about a week and a half and got nothing,so I called back and they said to pack up the 240sx hood and they'll come pick it up.They picked it up the next day.RACEONUSA said they'd send out the maxima hood next day;didn't happen.Had to call again and ask them twice to send it out.Finally did.ODFL.com said it'd be here Feb. 1st. Waited all day,skipped classes.Nothing was at my house by 6:00PM. Called ODFL and they said it never shipped,so they will get it here by today.Finally,after 3 or 4 weeks got my hood today.Thankfully it was the right hood.Now just hope fitment's right.

Don't think I'll deal with Race On USA anymore.Although they were very nice people,they can't get things done right over there.Just a heads up for other ORGers.

 

I actually had a very good experience with them, I bought a hood off of Ebay and the hood that they shipped me which they shipped within 2-3 days arrived to me via DHL it was packed really, really good. However; the hood had been damaged during shipping, and I contacted them. Normally their procedure is that I file a damage claim with the freight courier and then when they get reimbursed they send me out a replacement. However I spoke with them and told them my situation and they agreed that they would ship me out another hood via Old Dominion Freight Line, 7 days later ... it was during Christmas and New Years, I received the new hood and it was in great condition.
