Tirerack.com

Hi, I bought some ASA EM9 17" rims off ebay cheap. Larry at tirerack.com got me hooked up with the necessary hub adapter rings for my max. He figured out exactly what I needed and got it shipped to me very quickly. And the price was good.

All in all, a good experience.

Thanks Larry!

I believe its a ring which sit on the hub to fill in the small gap between the hub and the rim to make a tighter fit. Probably a bad explanation but this is the best I can describe it

Thats a decent explanation SMAK, .... wheels are actually supposed to distribute their weight primarily through fitting snugly on the hub. When we choose aftermarket wheels, their center opening is machined for the most universal diameter that it is likely to fit on. Thus, if your hub/axle is smaller that this machined opening, then a hub ring is used to make up the difference.

I just got some Dunlop M3 winter sports off the tire rack website and I must say that I'm impressed with their speedy service. Paid less than Canadian quotes and had them shipped right to my door. www.tirerack.com

Tire rack has excellent service. Fast delivery time, sales staff that nows what their talking about, and the best things is their recommenced installer list. If they have a recommended installer on their list that lives near you, you can have you products shipped there no you do not have to drag them to one yourself. Very nice.

That's exactly the same rims I ordered for my I35. Got it mounted with Dunlop M3s and so far I like the looks of it.

Besides for one uninflated tire, I would say the customer service experience has been positive for me and would probably order some wheels from them in the future.

I ordered some BF Goodrich Gforce TA-KD for my project car (s30) and it went without a hitch. Very easy to deal with.

I ordered shocks from tirerack twice and they shipped them out pretty quickly. Also their prices seem to be one of the best I've seen.
