Is this a bad deal

This local dealer is gave me a deal on a 1996 maxima.

its dark red has a few scratches but everything works good.

5 speed 143,000 miles for $3,900

could be a lot better, if the car really is 100% the cat should be around 3250. good deal would be 2900.
