Company: Sport Compact Only

has anyone ever bought anything from them( from website)?

I ordered a Stillen front Lip on 02/08/06( Febuary 8th) and recieved an email stating my order has been processed and will be shipped out on the 02/17/06 ( Febuary 17th)... however, I checked my Credit Card statement and was charged the full price for the item on 02/08/06( Febuary 8th)...

Now my question is, If the company charged me and collected the money, why are they waiting 9 days before shipping it out? it will take a total of 14+ days when they advertise 2-4 ???

anyone have any feedback?

Thanks

They are a great company. Chances are your parts are comming right from the manufacturer thats why it is taking 9 days to ship.

that I would understand, me it's the other part where I don't understand why it would take them 9 days to send the order to manufacturer who then and only then sends it out addressed to me? don't they have internet?

like everyone else, ill vouch for SCO. i ordered more than half the parts for my car from them, and the ONLY thing that was ever slow was the hood, which was coming right from VIS. I cant remember why it was going to slow, but i know it was vis because this was the only time things were moving so slow...but SCO even called VIS repeatedly to find out what was goin on. its probably just like a lot manu. out there...slow and unresponsive a lot of times

I have had good experiences with them.
They offer org members a 5% discount.

They have to wait for the manufacturer to respond... if they are slow it slows down SCO response to you.

From my experience, SCO is really quick on their end of the deal and the manufacturers tend to slow it all down.

I've made purchases from SCO and always had a good experience even when items were on back order and there was a delay. Good selection, good prices, good service.

I dealt with steve from there, I had ordered SS brake lines. He thought they had them but after 2 days he sent me an e-mail saying they were out of them and would not be getting them in for a few months. SO then he ordered them from stillen and shipped me those. They came in the stillen packaging and everything about 4 days later! All my experiences with them have been good.

I've ordered a few items from SCO as well. Steve Gonzalez is always helpful and I receive my shipments fast. I highly recommend them.

That might be a Stillen slip up, not SCO. Stillen ships out not SCO, so either SCO sent the wrong PO or Stillen grabbed the wrong box... either way it will be fixed.

I ordered the stillen valence and maxx lip from Steve. It came on time but was missing the install hardware. I called him up and he sent them a few days later. Excellent Customer Service over there.

It was, but when I moved from sales to product management I took a new extension. I can still be reached though to place orders and answer questions. Thanks also for the feedback!
