Who do i contact at Nissan to lodge a complaint?
A friend of mine took her 2001 maxima to a local nissan dealership and they charged her over $600 to supposedly repair her car that had starting/stalling problems but what they did had nothing to do with the problem. She went to a different nissan dealership and had it fixed but she wasnt reimbursed or credted anything for anything. Sorry I dont have the exact details of what occured because it wasnt my car. She just wants to place a complaint with Nissan. Is there a phone number for a corporate office or headquarters or does she just have to place a complaint with that stealership? I told her afterwards I also have had bad experiences with the dealership she went to with both my maxima and a 300zxtt i used to own.
