I ordered the widshield nozzle lights and two neon tubes from them and when I got the package in the mail, I only got one of the neons. On the invoice, B/O was written next to the neons so I think, ok, they're on back order.. I'll wait a while for them. I call the next day and leave a message.. No response. I e-mail... No response. It slipped my mind for a while.. Now two and a half-weeks later.. No response still and I check online at autotoys.com and it says my order was completed in full.. what am I to think now. They charged me for 2, I get one. I can't even get a hold of a live person on the phone. The way they have their phone system designed, you either get a recording of how to e-mail them, leave a message or get placed on hold, thinking you are gonna get connected to a live person only to get another beep to leave a message. The customer service in my opinion doesn't really suck since THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just my 2cents.

 

i think what is sometimes forgotten is power that you have when you use a credit card to buy something. Now, I realize that this is one of those things that you want to use 'as a shield, not a sword' but honestly, stick a 'return to sender' sticker on that box and call your credit card company to tell them you are not paying for it. Trust me, if your company is anything like the ones I've had... it's going to be autotoys.com that gets worried, not you my friend!

 

I ordered a neon undercar kit in the middle of june. They show up the middle of july, and they're broken!! the box was beat to hell! I was soo ****ed. I sent them back and they were going to send new ones. To this date, I still haven't recieved anything from them. They aren't taking any responsibility. So my credit card company is involved along with my bank and we're stopping payment. I'd like to be able to sue them for something. That'd make my day.
so to sum this up...


DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AUTOTOYS.COM!!!!
