I hate Custom Enterprise

I ordered a Fidanza flywheel for my 91 max VG 15 days ago. I have called emailed and nothing they didn't even email me that the order was confirmed or anything like that what should I do. Car sitting with tranny out new clutch waiting to go in rebuilt tranny NO FLYWHEEL!

Well I just ordered clear lights from them on Thursday 2 day shipping Air. No confirmation emails or anything also. Today I emailed the owner and nick and jose, To ask the status of my order and if they are in stock. If the diamond clears are not in stock or if I get no answer by next tuesday I will just tell them to cancel the order and buy else where. Will keep you updated.

Why doesnt anyone read previous post, if i were both you guys, get your money back, cancel your order, and buy somewhere else, i've barely read if even 1 good post about CE...

SH*T it took them 7 months to get my FSB, i got it with the wrong mounting brackets, they sent out more brackets 3 times, all didnt fit my car... kept telling me it was a mfg supply problem... i'll NEVER do business with them again.. there cust serv is the freakin pits

Yeh I'm pretty new to the org, was on it when I had my first Max in 2002 but than took a break as I moved on until other cars and now back to a 96 max.

I'm really expecting a response by Tuesday so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but if not than I'm buying elsewhere.

omg i'm having the same problem with CE!!!! i bought $135 worth of PIAA wipers and bulbs (polar g and PIAA) and not only did I get half of the bulbs i order ($50 worth) but i ordered M26 bulbs and got M9s instead and they charged me the same thing for shipping AND they won't return my calls or even pick up the phone when i call!!!! all i get is that sad message stating there business hours!!!! Even though i always call during their "business hours"!!! Its been 2 weeks since the problem happened and i already call my credit card company and stopped payment....and get this i can't even return the bulbs they did send me b/c they have a no return policy on bulbs!!! their customer service is horrible and i use to be such a supporter with my 98 max. now that i have a 2002 max i'm going to do things correctly and stay away from CE!!! i suggest everyone else do the same unless they want to deal with the frustration.

Isn't there someone from CE who could respond to this thread? I'm waiting until tommorow as I paid extra for 2 day air and if there is no reply I will be cancelling.

no reply today from the three workers I emailed. At the very least I expect an email confirmation of my order from an online company, I ordered from seven stores over the past four days and I received a confirmation from each of them. Order is getting cancelled through my Credit Card Company. The website is still down.

Cant even get to the website. It appeared that they had ALOT of items I wanted to order, good thing I didnt - theres so many threads on how horrible they are. Good luck..

I ordered some stuff from CustomMaxima before Christmas. (clear side markers, chrome door sills, auto shift ****, polarg m4 bulbs, brake and accelerator pedals)

Right after Christmas I got one package with some of the parts, but not everything. Luckily they only charged me for the parts that were shipped. Now I just need to know if they are going to ship the rest of the stuff or if I need to get it from somewhere else. I really wanna get my chrome door sills soon.

They shipped me the brake pedal, but not the accelerator!

Of course the website is still down. I called the 800 number but it kept ringing.

Oh well....

I lost money to CM too. After giving them tons of time to deliver (never happened) and then tons of time (2 months) to refund my money (about $50), communicating politely with them via phone and email.....was promised goods would come in (didn't), then told I would be refunded within a few weeks (never was). Last 2 emails have had no response, even though i was super-polite and understanding with them.

Most companies don't charge you until the product gets in-stock and/or shipped to you. They charged me the day after order and then I call a month later and they say it's backordered.

Oh well....written off and not worried about it. Lesson learned: Don't deal with CM ever again, whether they still exist or not. Fukem.

Sorry to tell everyone that custom enterprise is closed and is filing for bankruptcy. Greg is the owner i have the bankruptcy lawers name and phone # i'll post it tomorrow along with all of greg's contact #'s so everyone can tell him what a piece of sh*t he is he fudged me out of $999 so the likelyhood of anyone getting there money back is not so good.

pissed off hear in wisconsin oh yeah and i have the dude's address if anyone lives near conneticut and wants to pay the mf'r a visit! will post tomorrow!

Admin Edit: please leave Greg's last name out of threads for protection of his family.. they are not involved in any of these transanctions

wow... i bought a FSTB from them and everything went ok.. i didnt feel secure using a credit card though cause it didn't have that little lock at the bottom of the order screen.. i called to express my concern about that and they said that they're secure and not to worry about it... bullsh*t.. i used a money order.. but yeah that sucks.. redlinemax.com seems to be out of order too.. does anybody know where else i can get clear side markers and a cattman y-pipe for a 2001 max?
