I recently ordered new struts and springs from prostreetonline.com ... and I wanted to ask if anybody else has dealt with them before. The order status still says "Processing" after about a week, and I want to make sure I'm not stuck with one of those companies I have to keep checking with to make sure my order is sent.

Anybody used them before?

 

I called them and asked about my order status and they apologized and told me that the shipment should have been sent out already.

But they did expedite the shipping for free so my struts/springs will still arrive on time. Good customer service!
