A few days ago I posted here that I had some electrical problems with my car...the tail lamps, corners, and interior gauge lights didn't work. Basically I fried some wires.
Well...I brought the car to Nissan of Natick to get it checked out so they could tell me what the problem is. After two days they called me and told me that they would need at least 8-10 hours of labor to fix the problem. At $70/hr I thought this was really not worth it so I called them and told them that I will come pick up the car.
I come pick up the car after work and notice that in addition to the problems I already had, my sunroof, shift lock, gauges(not the lights but the actual gauges) all don't work. I go to see what's going on and they tell me that it's not their fault. I start "explaining" in a very tough voice that before I brought the car here there were very few problems with it but now nothing works. Then one of the mechanics tells me that once he get's off work he's going to come and kick my a$$...I tell him to go right ahead and try.
I go talk to the manager and he basically tells me that it's my fault and he doesn't want to hear about it and tells me to get the f out of his shop. I asked for the number of the owner of the dealership and I called him and he's going to investigate...but I have a feeling he's just going to take their side.

Hopefully I'll hear something from the Nissan boss today.

From: In middle of all the actions in Boston!
Go try Quirk in Braintree instead.

I've heard that they are pretty good from my Nissan car owned friends. I never tried them personally though. Well I know their part department treated my Maxima friend well. Hope you will have better luck elsewhere. I also heard that Natick Nissan was a joke so I stayed away from there. Go report this to the official Nissan regional office on the dealership. Don't take it from those bozos!

Roman man, I went there a few times to fix my car. Some of the guys there in the office were kinda as$holes, but some of the techies there were kinda cool. I will be sure to look out for them there man. I'm sorry that happened bro. I would lay the smack down when the manager calls you. And keep on them, don't just let it pass. Good luck bro.

At this point I have given up. The manager called me today and he isn't going to fix anything. It's worth arguing up to a certain point but now there is nothing I can do. Right now I need to focus on fixing the problem.
A person gave me very high recomendations for Advanced Automotive in Newton, MA on Washington st. I'm going there on Thursday and will hopefully get this electrical shiit straightened out. I really hope it doesn't cost more than $200...somehow I have a feeling it will.

I had my fogs wired to the corner lights. A week ago I was driving on the Pike at night and hit a huge cardboard box. After that my fogs broke and a fuse started blowing. I kept putting in bigger fuses and eventually the fuse stopped blowing and the corner lights, tail lights, and the interior lights didn't work. Now after the Nissan experience the sunroof, shift lock, gauges all don't work.
This is definitley going to cost me a pretty penny

You can't start talking to these guys in a 'tough voice' and have the attitude that 'the customer is always right.' These techs, and service guys deal w/ a-holes all day. What did you EXACTLY say to them? I bet you ****ed them off big time.
