Do NOT buy a car from these jokers.
They are a bunch of shady ******.
They kept trying to make me sign a new contract 3 TIMES!!
After I already had my Maxima for a month!!
They told me I was approved for a loan at 9.9%...
Then..called me in a week after i got my car to tell me they didnt get me approved at that rate...
TRIED to get me to sign a new contract @ 15.9%!!!
I laughed in their face and told them to shove that contract up their @$$!!
THEN...
After asessing my trade (1996 Civic EX) at $10k WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT...when i brought it by they tried to tell me it was a piece of junk...AGAIN trying to make me sign a new contract... AGAIN I TOLD THEM TO SHOVE IT UP THEIR @$$!
They threatened me by saying they were going to take me to court because I "misrepresented" my trade.

Anyway...
So i talked to a few lawyers and found out that if it DOES go to court...The judge will laugh in their face...just as I did.

Last time i talked to my DUMBASS Salesman (Charlie)...he said that if i didn't sign the new contract he would have to take me to court. I said "See ya in court" and hung up on his @$$!

Haven't heard from the dealership in a week.
Guess they're planning their next course of action. =T

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FU@KERS!!!
They will try their best to rape you!!!

PS: They're asking $35,900 for a 01 Max SE A.E.!!! HAHAHAHA!

so what is the set price u got the car for?

10k for the Civic, and what was the total price of the Maxima? They were probably either got too excited about selling the car and agreed on all your terms without thinking of the overall outcome, then when they realized it, they try to be slick and F*&K you over by giving you bullsh-t contracts hoping to get you to slip and sign one, so they have strong grounds to f-ck you over in court, but since you didn't (wise decision) they can feel dumb and shut the Freak up.

My brother is shopping around dealerships in NY-NJ area, I'll let him know not to set foot in that place if he ever comes across it by any chance.

Re: so what is the set price u got the car for?

This was my deal:

$3,000 cash down.
$10,000 for my trade (1996 Civic EX w/ 10,000 orig. miles).
$8,600 to be financed for 60 months ($209/month).

I bought my 97 max there, they're idiots. Thats the dealership i went to when I posted my thread on ****ty dealer drivers. They had a 2k1 I wanted, the dealer got in it and floored it and peeled out.. that turned me right around into my car and out of there.

I know what you mean, Nine7max
Went to a dealer a couple of weeks ago to check out
a Maxima Anniv. Ed. and the stupid salesman tells
me straight out that the owner's son drives it everyday
and that it had a couple hundred miles on it. I turned
around and walked right out.

One URL...www.priceautooutlet.com

I picked up a '97 Max GXE w/ 40,050 miles for $13,325!!!!! on 07/00. The going rate on lots was around $16,995.

I have had ZERO problems and the prices are set, no haggling, no administrative fees, or other B.S.

Basically, I got a clean '97 Max for $14,249...Take a look at there site b4 going to a lot and dealing with the sales pitch, drama, and ego...you either buy the car for the price or pick another car...simple.

ONE!

That price is kinda high...
I found a 1995 GXE in mint condition for $6800...
Unfortunately didnt have the cash to buy it for my gf...
Just gotta do a little searching...
This was a Labriola Nissan in Shrewsbury, NJ...
You CAN get a good deal at a dealership...
as long as you dont deal w/ a shady dealership/salesman...
KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY!
Know what you are willing to pay and dont budge!
