I've been taking my car there for 5 years and have not had any unpleasant experiences. It helps though, having a car as reliable as the Maxima. My only unforseen repair, has been to replace the starter, which seems to be a minor weak spot for the 95' Max.

They will also install customer ordered and supplied parts(such as aftermarket performance parts).
