great customer service

As many of you may have read, I installed a Wheelskins leather steering wheel cover last week. (Sorry, didnt end up having time to take pics.) Anyway, while I was stitching it on, two of the holes pulled through.

The place I ordered it from, Autobarn.com, seemed to have a rather complex return procedure. So, I called Wheelskins up directly. I explained what happened and, no questions asked, they are sending me another. All they wanted to know was my address, and they apologized for the inconvenience..

That's customer service.
