This place is the slowest web reseller i have ever dealt with.
I ordered a Aiwa CDC-mp32 From them on Dec 26 01 @ 3:14 Pm

Today I have confirmed for the 6th time that my product has been shipped. (supposedly on 1/9/02) I paid 33.15 for 2day Fed Ex Shipping.

WTF is the point of 2 day shipping if it takes 2 weeks to process an order.

They have repeatedly lied to me over the phone.
On Wed 2nd I was told it was shipped that day.
On Thurs 3rd i was told it had shipped that day but i could not be given a tracking number, the reason for the delay was given as being out of stock even though their website continues to show item as being instock.
On Friday I was told it would ship by the end of the day.

on Monday i didnt call i didnt feel like being lied to again ditto for tuesday
on Wednesday, i was told it would ship "today"
On Thursday(today) i was told it was shipped yesterday

Isnt it convenient how its always shipped?

The customer service is 1 Girl and her attitude sucks
She doesnt give a rats a$$ if i ever get my product or not.

This is a common complaint with website retailers.

I had the same exact problem with Centoir ( SP) last year. I ordered a digital camcorder. They gave me the exact run-around you're getting. After several phone calls, waiting, and then finally speaking to a supervisor and threatening to stop payment on my credit card, he told me the truth of it not being in stock and they would ship it when it came in (yeah, the website showed it in stock ). He also threw inn some extra stuff for my trouble...

So, you're not alone and I feel your pain!
