ON EBAY STAY AWAY FROM CLEARANCE

On Dec 11th I won a Ebay auction for 2 22 inch lcd monitors they were to be Christmas presents,On Dec 23 the dealer told me he would not honor the auction that I won,He did not like the winning bid.Now I am stuck with no present for 1 of my kids and 1 of the gifts for my girlfriend. On Ebay he runs under the name Clearance and also SHOPOUTPOSTOUTLET@OUTPOSTOUTLET.COM I have been doing business on ebay for years and I have never had any kind of a problem like this, If you don't like the winning bid don't honor it? scrooge HE also has a web address of http://WWW.SITOA.NET

Going through the user's feedback, he has done that MANY times before... Alot of other people have the same complaint.

I was a part of the fray in for a 19" monitor. It was a price mistake so they claimed. They did send out cancellation emails the next Monday/Tuesday and most who jumped in knew it was a price mistake and they were in for cancellations even before the cancellation emails came. Found the deal on FatWallet.

The rule of deals is if you don't get it or if its a price mistake that gets caught before they ship out the goods you move on to the next deal.

Sorry for the OP though who banked on these guys.
