ive dealt with them a number of times.. bought my hid fogs from them about a year a half if not more ago and theyre still working perfectly.. my brother got his from them and no problems with his.. we bought 2 pairs of replacement bulbs since we wanted to change the color and bulbs were good.. overall, i havent seen a cheaper place that offers quality hids.. only complain i have with them is sometimes they have so many orders so shipping takes a while

They're a good place to buy from but they take FOREVER to send stuff out. Sometimes like 3-5 days after you order BEFORE they even ship it out. Kinda annoying if you need them in a hurry like I did - I needed replacement low beam HIDs and I ordered them from HIDextra.com for $40 shipped priority. Not a bad deal and I got them in 2 days.

Get on google and put 'ddm tuning review' in the search bar. You will see a lot of forums talking about them. Overall, I have read WAY MANY GOOD REVIEWS than bad reviews. I plan on buying from them.

The main disadvantages I have read are late shipping and messing up on orders.

Yeah these guys are legit. If you call ask for Jo and tell him you're from maxima.org and he will hook you up.

lots civic forum guys use them, affordable and cheaper H.I.D and quality is decent. Used them for about 6 month, no flickering or bad ballast yet.
