DO NOT BUY FROM 1stnissanparts.com aka Mckinney Nissan of Texas!

I've been buying from these mother****ers for years because of their great prices, everything was good until the last year, I finally caught on that they stole my 3 different credit card numbers and committed fraud on all 3 cards. I haven't confronted them because I wasn't 100% sure, but now I know who the crook is. So DON'T buy from them unless you want CC issues...

Their address by the way

Nissan of McKinney

3800 S. Central Expressway, McKinney, TX 75069
1-866-371-9021

They purchase random things from different online retailers with my credit information, that's how I know. It shows on my statement.

Shocked to hear this

Let me first apoligize for any problems you have had. I am the Parts Director at Nissan of McKinney, and this is the first I have heard. First, I think its important for you to know that we supply parts for 1STNISSANPARTS.COM. However, we do not own the site. Still, I am very discouraged that you have had security issues with your card. I assure you that I will do everything possible on my end to investigate this problem. I have spoken with all of my people and no one has heard about this. Have you spoken to anyone here? I would also like to know what was charged and why you feel that we did it? Please feel confident that once I get all the info, I will resolve any issue that came from Nissan of McKinney. We take great pride in offering great prices and great service.

I tried speaking with the manager, which I believe it Kurt, but I got a message machine, I like to speak to people not machines, this has happened to 2 Different credit cars, 1 Debit card. All I can do is a Police report from Miami and they would have to handle it with Texas Police. Tim has always helped me and never had problems, I have about 9+ orders in the past few years, this all started around Dec of last year with my debit card, I know 10000000000% for sure it's someone in the Parts department of Nissan of Mckinney, After every order I place, I get fraudulent charges a few days or a couple weeks after. I will call again when I'm more calmed down.

Continuation, the recent charges were on Wednesday, 6 different purchases from "OEMPARTSBIN" and 2 other charges from something else. The last charge was in January with a different card, A TV was purchased and delivered to my house, you guys are the only people that have my full address and full credit card number including the CCV code on the back of the card.

My name is Kirk, and I am the director. I am sorry, but I never got a message. I 100% gurantee that I will work with you to make sure that we find out what has happened. This concerns me greatly and I want to make sure that you and I get to the bottom of it. I will be leaving for vacation this afternoon. If we cant talk before I leave, we can talk on Monday the 14th. If you would like to talk to someone before then, please call my assistant Wade. I will make sure that he knows what is going on. Once again, I want you to know that I will do whats in my power to help.

Has anybody else had any issues with these guys? I actually live in Garland so typically go to Courtesy Parts since a long time buddy of mine works the web sales and walkins... But, im not to far off from McKinney...

Are your purchases typically larger or smaller more frequent buys? Im just wondering because I dont mind buying something from them that I might need and see if by chance I get hit as well...

Also, feel free to call my friend Billy Buzbee up at Courtesy Parts and tell him Nels sent ya. Might not be able to give you a discount or anything but he knows his stuff and is pretty cool and trustworthy! I can vouch for most the guys up there! Although the olders guys phone etiquette isnt that great! Haha

Well its good to know they can fix it. I would hate to see it screwing up your credit or something. Pretty crazy all together really.

N like I said before, courtesyparts has always been good to me! They are just as close as the mckinney store to you so same time for shipping. Hes always given me good prices and quick turn around for order-in stuff...

Wait about 2 days to a week after your charge goes through and check your account again. Dang they have another site? Hmm interesting.
