Custom Maxima is getting all of my business
I just wanted to stick up for Greg at CustomMaxima.com. I ordered some KYB AGX struts about a week ago, but unfortunately they were temporarely out of stock. I called Greg and explained that my struts/shocks were shot and asked if he knew when he would get his shipment of struts in. He went to the trouble of calling his distributer and having them send me the struts directly. Now that is what I call customer service. To sum it up, if Greg sells it, I'm buying it from him period!

Greg, you need a 'feedback' thread like Sweetsound2001 has....it would eliminate 80% of the negative comments that are aimed at you on this forum. What's with the spare 20% you ask...??...man, you can't please EVERYBODY.

Dude greg, I just received the valance for the 5th gen group deal today... it's GREAT! Too bad it took UPS so long cause i'm all the way over here in so. cali, but thanks for the quick emails and good customer service!

yeah that would be a good idea. also knock some sense into UPS. those damn clear corners ended up costing me 140 dollars canadian.
39 dollars Brokerage fees. But u were quick at sending them, and for that i am greatful
