Bay Ridge Nissan

Hey guys and girls,

I bought my car to Bay Ridge Nissan to Replace the stolen Headlights, when I got the car back they scratched my rear bumper and try to us touch up paint to cover it. I insist them to repaint the bumper. then they repainted the bumper and when the car is ready for pickup.. Suprise, Suprise, their was this Key mark on the rear quarter Panel. This is a nightmare!!!! hopefully I won't have to go thru this again.... I still have a free oil change and a Free 15000 mile service plan with them, Now, i am just second guessing myself, If I should go????.

Hey at least they repainted it when you asked. I went there a few times with no problems. WHen i was there I did see several people get into heated arguments with the service manager.

Bay Ridge Nissan Lack Of Service

From what I hear, theyll do anything to get you in the car, but once it's yours, they want nothing to do with you. I only use their service department for parts now, after they misdiagnosed my stalling problem. I have had a lot of luck with Warnock Nissan, Morristown, NJ (who made fun of Bay Ridge Nissan for replacing the sensor but missing the frayed harness.) And the guys at Amity Nissan were very amicable.
