BAD experience from NOPI

BAD experience from NOPI

Ordered 4 tokico struts and a pacesetter SS from NOPI. They sent the struts in one big box but didn't send the shifter. Basically they refused to send a new shifter because
"the Pacesetter shifter was shipped in the box with the shocks. We are now showing 0 of this item in stock and have only sold 3 this month. All records here indicate that this item was shipped with the original order. If you would like to see a copy of the original warehouse picker I would be happy to fax that on to you just let me know a fax number. At this time we cannot replace this item to you as the time frame and the picker and our inventory all agree hat one was shipped along with the order.
Ned at NOPI"
WEll the friggen shift wasn't in the box.

Now I'm screwed because I used a visa check card and I can not file a dispute.

Most check card banks issuing them will. Give your bank a call pronto!!

Talk to your bank, they should allow you to do a chargeback. Also report NOPI to the better business bureau. Third contact Pacsetter and tell them what Nopi is doing.
