crap off the front bumper
It depends what the marks are made of. If they're paint chips you need to get some touch up paint from www.paintscratch.com. It could also be tar, stoner's tarminator does a good job for that. If its just minor build up it may be time to clay bar it.
Unfortunately, other than getting a nose mask, there's no way to completely avoid debris making marks on the bumper, hood or windshield. I try to minimize this from occuring by not following too close behind traffic and keeping far and away from those dam trucks.
Although I can't completely avoid them, I keep a bit of distance between me and those trucks. Just don't follow 'em because those tires will kick everything on the road at you. Pass them or stay back behind firing range!
