How can I "cover" burn marks on tan cloth?

My friend has a Contour and there a some large and well defined burn marks on the cloth on the door. Im gonna detail his car, and he wants to see if I can somehow cover/fix the burnmarks. Washing would do nothing to these. Any ideas would be great, thanks guys.
