Try Leatherique or Einszett. I know a few peeps that swear by Leatherique.

I've noticed that Zaino's leather conditioner, Tanner's Preserves, and the Auto Magic conditioner all have a pretty good leather fragrance. Too bad that smell doesn't last more than a couple days though....

There might be more out there that smell this way too. Get out there and start sniffing!

...and I am one of them. My previous car was a '91 GXE with leather and that stuff smelled like a fresh hide...oh it was nice. Really nice. Scent lasted for 2-3 weeks too and the stuff actually works as advertised on their site when you use it according to the directions.

While you could use Leatherique for maintenance, it's really only marketed for restoring old, hard, dry leather that needs some serious attention.

I might have to bite the bullet and get Leatherique myself. It's very time consuming to do, but it does things that off the shelf leather cleaners/conditioners just can't. It's no more complicated that Zaino. I believe the application process goes like this: Clean normally, apply Rejuvenator heavily, let bake/soak, then clean with Prestine and you're done.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Leatherique's smell delerium75. Opinions on the smell differ, so I'm always wondering about that.

Yeppers, that's the process for application. It soaks in best at the seams and that's where I noticed the biggest difference. After repeated applications, most areas of the seat were substantially softer than the cardboard-like shape they were in. Scent will always be a personal thing...some people like it, some don't. The best description of the smell I can think of would be thick-scented saddle soap.
