Washed engine bay -> now rust!!!

- Yeah, I washed the engine bay about a month ago w/ all purpose cleaner and water... Now there are rust spots all over bolts, clamps, whatever... There's even some on the oil dipstick. Basically, it's everywhere!!!
- Is there anything that I could spray or do to clean this up and prevent it from going further??

- Oh yeah, I used one of the all purpose cleaners. I forgot what the name of it was, but other people on here have used it as well. But the rust is still there. The dipstick is not covered with rust all the way, just the portion that is facing outside.
- Anyhow, if nayone knows what to do, tell me before the whole car turns orange color.
