HELP self serve car wash brush left tiny little scratches

I usually wash my 00 max w/ a soft terry cloth/sponge, however, yestreday I deceided to so to the local self service car wash, and used the so called foaming brush to wash my entire vehicle. I checked the foaming brush for any potentially damaging particles and then sprayed it w/ high power water hose. Anyways when I was finished I wiped it dry and NOTICED TINY LITTLE SCRATCHES ON MY HOOD, TRUNK/SPOILER, I was devesated !

How can I prevent this in the future? b'c I also used a typical snow brush on my car the previous day to wipe snow off my car and the scratches may have been caused by the snow brush. . .

Also, are there any reputable products that will cause the scratches to dissappear.

Thanks.

I think 3M makes a scratch/swirl remover.

I would say your problem lies with the snow brush IMO, because i sometimes use a self service car wash with the foaming brush and i spray it and check it before using it on my car with no scratches on the finish afterwards. As for getting rid of the scratches i recommend Meguiars ScratchX along with a good polishing and waxing.

This is my 2 cents

You can prevent it by not using the foaming brush and not using a snow brush. both have bristles which will leave swirls and/or scratches in your paint.

To get rid of the scratches you will need a product like Meguiars Dual Action Cleaner Polish or Swirl Remover, or maybe Mother's Scratchx...but it sounds like this is over a wide area....
