scrach on engine cover

scrach on engine cover

i have an 03 and there is a pretty big scrach on the engine cover how can i get rid of this or at least help it??? what products should i use

Engine cover being metal or plastic? If metal, use Mother's Mag & Aluminium polish. If it's plastic, there's nothing you can really do to it. Maybe touch up paint.

I second what Cyrus said,perhaps get a new engine cover or put some type of trim protectant on it to somewhat improve the appearance(like Mother's Back to Black or Meguiars trim Detailer)

crap its plastic its not that deep also its silver. what product is good on plastic like a polish?
