Inner sunroof panel dirty

All you detailing experts...I need your help!

I bought a used 2000 Maxima SE with sunroof. Apparently the shade panel was left open the whole time and there must have been a lot of dirt. When you close the inside sunroof panel, you see a dirty line across the panel from being left open. If you can imagine, the brown dirty line goes parallel with the plastic handle of the panel.

How do I clean that? It's like cloth material. Suggestions?

Be very careful what you're using on your headliner as the glue can come out. I would say resolve might be okay but be careful, DON'T soak it too much, and wipe gently.
