Steel Wool On Windows...

Does this really work? I have permament window spots on the outside of my window. I cant get rid of them. Ive heard that steel wool will get rid of them. True?

Thanks

i hear it's true ...

i had a guy that used to detail my car & used it on leather seats...He told me that no one in the world would be that crazy...but he was so experienced with it that they looked brand new & he didn't damage anything...

I've used steel wool on my front window. '000' or '0000', I can't remember. I didn't have those water spots, though. All I know is that it got really clean with no scratching.
