Is my paint job permently ruined???
OK so there is this huge tree branch over my drive way and Ive been parking under it for several months. I know I know it was stupid and I am dumb for parking there but whats done is done. The situation is that after all these damn hurricanes bringing crazy rain, tons of crap has fallen outta the tree onto my Max, which is white by the way. So Ive tried to wash it with several different kinds of stuff and even used bug and tar remover but theres these small brown stains all over the hood and roof. Almost like freckles...I guess from nuts and whatever else can fall outta tree.
Is there any way to clean em off or is my paint job screwed??

Claybars remove everything, so you'll need to wax afterward. I'd recommend claying it, then using a good pure paint polish. If that doesn't work, go to your local paint shop supplier/auto body store and ask them what sort of compounds might work.

Unless they're spots that you can actually tell that they are "junk" sitting on top of the paint, I'm not so sure that clay would do much. Try it first though.
If that fails, try working some of your car wax into the paint and see if that is strong enough to fix it. If not, try scratch remover. Then fine cut rubbing compound, and then really gentle wetsanding as an absolute last resort. Rewax once you've fixed it.
It is possible that chemicals from the leaves has had a chance to bake on the paint, so it has stained or chemically damaged the paint on those spots, requiring you to (gently) remove paint until undamaged paint is exposed.
