Picking a sealant for winter (where to purchase)

OK...I read NUMEROUS threads about what people use to "seal" their car for winter. Klasse seems to be the winner.

I currently use Liquid Glass, and have read here that it does use acrylics to seal..but going to the liquid glass website reveals zippo as to the contents. But then again, maybe I just didnt read in the right spot.

My problem is my paint doesnt seem to "wear" like my wifes Focus' paint. I put one coat of Liquid Glass every 5-6 months and it beads and wears like a iron jacket. I have to apply Liquid Glass to my car at LEAST once a month or the beading disappears. Assume garaged and similiar road driving conditions.

Since my car is washed and waxed every two weeks, can I just apply this Klasse product on top of the Liquid Glass...or do I need to do "strip" and reapply Klasse?

Where does everyone get their Klasse, since its not availabe at "local" retailers?

I have a "heavy" hand (you know more HAS to be better ) How do you know you have applied enough of the product?

What do you use to apply and remove the product.

Cliff Notes: I want to protect my paint for the upcoming winter, buy where, apply how, with what?

Where to buy Klasse:

www.klassedirect.com
www.autopia-carcare.com
www.autogeek.net
www.tacscar.com (Where I got mine)
www.topoftheline.com

How to apply:

Since you have LG on your car, you might want to strip that off before applying the Klasse. Klasse comes in two parts. The first part is All In One. All In One is a polish that removes oxidation and (light) swirling. It also sets up the paint to crosslink to the Sealant Glaze. To apply All In One, you apply a dime sized portion to the applicator and apply by rubbing in a linear motion. After application, remove immediately.

The second part is Klasse Sealant Glaze. The glaze is what gives the protection. Many folks who live in harsher winter climates or areas by saltwater will apply 2-3 coats of the sealant glaze for additional protection. You apply a dime sized portion of that to an applicator and apply by rubbing in a linear motion. Let haze and then remove.
