my stupid friend puked all over my car a couple of nights ago and i've tried everything to get it out. i used a carpet cleaner to get the crap out and then i vacumed it and i've tried airing it out and using febreez. nothing seems to be working and i can't stand it ne more. what should i do? thanx!

 

i usually air out my car in the sun, seems to work most of the time, and also depends what he ate or drank, alcohol is easier to get out in my opinion...you can always have it shampooed and steam cleaned.

 

My dog puked all over my carpet in my room, so I brought out my detailing supplies and went to work...

1. Wipe the majority of it off with a wet paper towel.
2. Spray Detailer's Pride Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner on the stain. Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Spray OxiClean and warm water on the stains (without wiping off the cleaner). Let sit for 30 seconds. Blot dry.

The stains are completely gone, and there is no smell from it either.

 

I read online that you can use baking soda. Sprinkle it over the stain, leave overnight, and vacuum.

 

get some resolve spot shot stuff, it seems to work really well on getting smell and stains out. Also, try the new oxy clean car junk, that works well too. I got a really bad beer smell out of my car

 

Use a bounce sheet. It is really good at absorbing odors.

MAke him clean it LMAO well if that never happens use carpet deodarant. and to clean the doo doo stain... RAG AND Soap?

Oddly enough I just had to clean puke out of my car this past week. I used a little green clean machine to clean the carpet, and used the recommended bissel carpet cleaner olution that comes with the package. About 24 hours after the car was cleaned, the smell was gone. That, wlong with a good air freshener seemed to do the trick.
