i have a HUGE paint chip on my hood!! Its a moster measuring in at 1 inch wide and a good 1/2 inch long, i didnt even notice it till today. its turning orange (rust) and i think the paint around it is starting to bubble. how do i fix this??!?!?

 

It's probably going to have to get repainted at a shop. It's hard to do that yourself and have it look good.
