Advice on cleaning mess from freeway

Normally I wash the car at those do-it-yourself places with the high powered hoses. However i'm finding that the car gets dirty fast and even after washes it feels grimy. Anyways this is how it looks now...

Yeah so, its absolutely atrocious. What should I do to restore that off the lot clean look and feel?

Clay
Polish
Klasse All In One
Paint sealant

Multiple applications of the AIO or polish might be necessary...that looks pretty bad.

If you don't want to spend $50 or more on supplies, have it professionally done. There are plenty of detailers in California. Where in the state is Fullerton?
